1999 – Where It All Began
​At just five years old, Mitali formed a deep and lasting bond with the dogs she grew up with. Surrounded by them daily, she wasn’t just playing—she was learning. Their body language, emotions, and unique personalities fascinated her. Without realizing it, she was developing an intuitive understanding of canine behavior that would shape everything she’d do in the future. Those early moments planted the seed for what would become a lifelong passion and purpose.
Panty, the Game-Changer
Mitali’s 13th dog, Panty, wasn’t just another pet—she was the dog who changed everything. Deeply intuitive and emotionally complex, Panty challenged Mitali in new ways and sparked a lifelong curiosity about canine psychology and behavior. It was through training Panty that Mitali realized her true calling: to help other dogs—and their humans—connect and thrive.
2010 – From Passion to Practice

Becoming Certified and Global
Driven by her desire to offer the best to dogs and their humans, Mitali pursued formal education in dog training and behavior. She earned multiple international certifications and became a proud member of the International Association of Canine Professionals (IACP), expanding her knowledge and gaining global recognition in the dog training community.
2020 – Mitali’s Board & Train is Born
After over a decade of hands-on training experience, Mitali launched Mumbai’s best training centre, behavior focused dog training and boarding facility. Mitali’s Board & Train was built to create a calm, structured space where dogs could grow emotionally, mentally, and behaviorally—guided by a passionate, all-woman team of trainers.
